Home Equity loans are now available as a line of credit with a variable rate, or as a term installment with a fixed rate. As a qualified home owner you can choose either type of home equity loan for up to 80% of the verified value of your property, less the balance on any first mortgage on the property.

Student Loans (Maine Advantage)

We participate in one of the finest student loan programs in Maine, the Maine Advantage Education Loan Program. The program includes the subsidized and unsubsidized Federal Stafford loan for students and Plus loan for parents.
